2.2 Traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics (pages visited, country of origin, device type). This service is privacy-friendly by design: no cookies are used, users are not tracked individually, and no data is shared with third parties for advertising. 2.3 Contact form

The contact form on this website collects stay dates and the number of guests solely to compose a pre-filled message that is sent directly by the user via WhatsApp or email (through the user’s own messaging client). No data is transmitted to or stored by this website. The information included in the message is used solely to respond to the enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies of any kind, neither technical nor profiling. There is no cookie-based tracking system in place.

4. Data retention

Data processed by Cloudflare is retained according to the timeframes and criteria defined by Cloudflare Inc. in its own policies, since such data is not directly accessible to or managed by Sunny House Budoni. Data sent via WhatsApp or email is stored solely within the messaging systems of the user and the host (WhatsApp Inc. and the email provider used). Sunny House Budoni does not hold or store such data itself. For deletion requests, users must contact the respective data controllers: WhatsApp Inc. 5. International data transfers

Some of the providers mentioned in this policy, in particular Cloudflare Inc. and WhatsApp Inc., may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
